Required Skills:
: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
05+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation.
Deep understanding of one or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects).
Experience designing and delivering training using different modalities (ILT, VILT, e-learning).
Proficiency with tools like Oracle UPK, Captivate, Articulate, or other eLearning development software.
Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training sessions to end-users, power users, and administrators across various Oracle Fusion ERP modules. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials (user manuals, e-learning modules, presentations) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules. Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions tailored to various user levels (end-users, super users, IT staff). Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to understand business processes and workflows to align training content with organizational needs.
