Preferred Qualifications Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’sdegree is required.

Experience:

A minimum of ten years ofexperience as a systems analyst developer, with at least threeyears specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR,Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management,Benefits, and Retirement).

Techno-Functional Expertise:

Over eightyears of hands-on techno-functional experience in theimplementation and support of at least two full-cycle Oracle CloudHCM projects, including Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle GraphicalLanguage (OGL).

Human Capital Management Solutions:

More than tenyears of experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM)solutions, with a proven track record as a technical leadconsultant. This includes driving HR technology implementationsthrough technical process designs, solution architecture, dataconversion, integrations, report development, process playback,user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch. OracleIntegration Cloud (OIC): 2 to 5 years of experience working withOracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Reporting Experience:

2 to 5 yearsof experience in building OTBI (Oracle Transactional BusinessIntelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with SFTP (Secure File TransferProtocol) and experience providing solution architecture.

Consulting Background:

Previous consulting experience with aconsulting or systems integrator (SI) organization is preferred.

Additional HCM Applications:

Experience with multiple HCMapplications is a plus.

Certification:

Oracle HCM CloudCertification is preferred.

Update Management:

Must possess thetechnical knowledge of quarterly updates and their impact onbusiness processes and assist business teams in seamlessly adoptingnew features.
