THE ROLE

The Go-to-Market Intelligence Associate role sits at the intersection of data storytelling, strategic insight development, and marketing activation. This team acts as a consultative partner to internal stakeholders and clients—translating complex data signals into compelling go-to-market intelligence that drives client value, while also supporting automation processes that improve delivery efficiency and adoption of Zeta’s Data Cloud solutions. This role is best suited for a highly organized, analytical thinker who is eager to learn and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. While the primary focus is on intelligence support and GTM storytelling, the associate will also gain exposure to automation workflows that power scalable, repeatable insight delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver actionable insights and data narratives in support of GTM strategies, client briefings, and pre-sales efforts.
Fulfill data intelligence requests using Zeta tools
Support cross-functional partners (CRM, ZX, Programmatic) by identifying relevant data and shaping it into clear, client-facing stories.
Collaborate with automation leads to help refine templates, streamline data pulls, and increase efficiency of recurring deliverables.
Act as the first line of support for Data Cloud Intelligence-related questions from internal stakeholders.
Help maintain and manage a centralized request queue to track demand, deadlines, and resourcing.
Ensure strategic outputs align to client goals and business use cases.

REQUIREMENTS

General
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and business units simultaneously.
Excellent communicator—capable of turning raw data into stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with a creative problem-solving orientation.
Flexible and motivated in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with a bias toward learning and iteration.
Technical
Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, logical formulas).
Comfortable analyzing large datasets and applying filters/cleaning methods to interpret the result.
Strong writing skills for delivering insight summaries and presentation-ready outputs.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with email, programmatic, or omnichannel marketing ecosystems.
Exposure to machine learning concepts or audience modeling is a plus.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $70,000 – $75,000, depending on location and experience.
