Job Description:

A+E Global Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support our enterprise-wide

SAP S/4HANA

transformation initiative. This role will focus primarily on business analysis activities
, working closely with stakeholders to understand and document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure a successful transition from BPC ECC to S/4HANA and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of finance, planning, and reporting processes. While knowledge of SAP is beneficial, this role emphasizes business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management over deep technical configuration.

Responsibilities:

Lead workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather and validate business requirements.
Analyse current-state business processes and identify areas for improvement aligned with future-state SAP capabilities.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for

SAP S/4HANA

implementation.
Lead the migration of business processes from BPC ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with business objectives.
Implement and integrate SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to enhance data visualization, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the technical solution meets both business needs and system requirements.
Perform system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to validate the solution meets functional and technical specifications.
Provide post-implementation support and training for users to ensure effective system utilization and adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working with technical teams to optimize system performance.
Ensure the alignment of SAP solutions with the organization’s long-term business strategies and goals.
Participate in project planning and management, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Qualification:

8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in enterprise transformation or ERP implementation projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience working on SAP-related initiatives (S/4HANA, BPC, or SAC preferred).
Strong understanding of enterprise financial processes and reporting practices.
Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, elicit requirements, and drive process improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Proficient in creating professional documentation and BA artifacts (e.g., BRDs, process maps, user stories).
