Overview:

We are seeking a SAP Procurement Consultant who will support our client in the transition of their SAP servers to the SAP Private Cloud. This role will be responsible for supporting the Procure-to-Pay migrations from SRM 7.5 to embedded procurement and managing catalogs/shopping carts during the transition.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of current SRM 7.5 processes, map to S/4HANA embedded procurement capabilities, identify gaps, and develop detailed migration roadmap with timelines and risk mitigation strategies Configure S/4HANA embedded procurement modules, migrate procurement master data (vendor catalogs, contracts, purchasing documents), and establish integrations with financial processes and external systems Migrate existing catalog content to S/4HANA structure, configure shopping cart functionality, implement guided buying scenarios, and establish catalog maintenance governance processes Design intuitive procurement interfaces, develop comprehensive training materials for the transition, and create user documentation Coordinate testing of complete procure-to-pay scenarios, validate data integrity throughout migration, ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, and support third-party catalog integrations Provide support during transition phases, collaborate with stakeholders to minimize business disruption, monitor system performance and user adoption, and address post-migration optimization opportunities

Mandatory Qualifications:

10+ years experience in

SAP S/HANA

embedded procurement modules. 2+ years experience in 1909 or higher 3+ year’s experience with

SAP SRM 7.5

Configuration, including catalog management, shopping carts, approval workflows, and procurement processes. SAP Certified in Procurement Proven track record in SAP system migrations with SRM to S/4HANA transitions Strong configuration abilities in SAP, integration knowledge between procurement and finance modules, and experience with SAP workflow configuration and customization Familiarity with SAP cloud deployment models, RISE with SAP methodology, and cloud-based SAP implementations Experience with enterprise catalog solutions, punch-out catalogs, supplier catalog integration, and content management within SAP procurement environments

Desirable Qualifications:
