Overview:

We are seeking a SAP Treasury Consultant who will support our client in the transition of their SAP servers to the SAP Private Cloud. This role will be responsible for managing Cash-to-Invest, bond/loan issuance, MBC integrations, and treasury enhancements. The ideal candidate for this role will use their expertise to maintain the existing business processes while leveraging the enhanced capabilities that the cloud platform provides for treasury operations.

Duties:

Configure investment workflows, liquidity forecasting models, and automated investment triggers; develop dashboards for cash utilization optimization and investment performance tracking Set up debt instruments, design issuance approval workflows, integrate market data feeds, and ensure regulatory compliance for governmental accounting standards Design real-time data flows between SAP Treasury and external market providers; configure automated mark-to-market valuations and risk management systems Lead treasury-specific migration planning to RISE with SAP platform while maintaining

functionality Enhance treasury security frameworks using cloud-native features; optimize processing performance and leverage cloud scalability for improved operations Conduct comprehensive treasury testing during cloud transition; develop training materials, process documentation, and support staff adoption of new cloud capabilities Maintain regulatory compliance throughout migration; implement enhanced compliance capabilities and automated reconciliation processes between SAP and external market confirmations

Mandatory Qualifications:

10+ year’s experience in

SAP S/4HANA

2+ year’s experience in 1909 or higher 1+ year’s experience in bank integration SAP Certified in Treasury Proven experience in SAP cloud transitions with RISE with SAP implementations for treasury modules Experience in government treasury operations including municipal bonds, debt issuance, public sector investments, and knowledge of GASB standards and GFOA best practices Proven experience integrating SAP with market data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters), MBC/mark-to-market processes, and SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI)
