QAD Administrator Responsibilities Implementation andconfiguration of QAD ERP modules, ensuring alignment with businessgoals and objectives. Serve as the go-to person for all QAD-relatedinquiries, providing guidance, support, and troubleshootingassistance. Lead QAD system upgrades, patches, and enhancements toensure the latest features and security measures are implemented.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyzebusiness requirements and translate them into QAD solutions. Workclosely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for processimprovement and optimization within QAD ERP. Provide expertise inQAD-related current and future integrations with other systems andapplications. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhancetheir understanding and utilization of QAD ERP functionalities.

Stay current with QAD updates, releases, and industry bestpractices to continuously improve system performance. Learn andsupport other applications used throughout the companyQualifications In-depth knowledge of QAD modules, including but notlimited to Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain.

BS degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience in configuring and customizing QAD solutions to meetspecific business requirements. Financial background in amanufacturing environment preferred. Strong problem-solving andanalytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolvecomplex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders. Familiarity with ERP best practices and a commitmentto maintaining data integrity.
