Job Description
Overview:
Our client is looking for a mid-level revenue cycle operations consultant to support the senior advisor in executing operational improvements across Epic HB/PB back-end workflows. This individual will assist with day-to-day workflow assessments, reporting, and process documentation.
Responsibilities:
Support the senior consultant with execution of recommendations and initiatives Assist in evaluating billing, collections, and posting workflows Perform data pulls and Epic report reviews to support findings Help document current vs. future state processes Provide operational insight and hands-on support for process change Required Experience 5+ years in revenue cycle operations, with specific experience in Epic HB and/or PB Strong understanding of billing, collections, and cash posting processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Experience supporting revenue cycle transformation or optimization projects preferred 5+ years of epic experience required, certification a plus
