Managing Consultant Position Available In Westchester, New York

• Managing Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the

US:

• Hands-on configuration working with functional set up manager across cloud modules.
• Demonstrate experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications and the ability to work independently.
• Develop work plan, follow and deliver in line with cloud implementation roadmap and methodology.
• Lead groups in business process reengineering, best practices and customization issues.
• Customize the implementation solution by creating the flex fields, fast formulas, personalization, elements and user defined tables to fit localizations requirements for different modules.
• Provide business consulting support and facilitate discovery workshops.
• Lead business process workshops/CRPs and requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes.
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
• Drive and document business requirements and procedures, obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of proposed solution.
• Provide inputs to the assigned project manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan developed and buy-in from key client stakeholders.
• Verify all the created business process documents, design document and custom codes to ensure high quality implementation.
• Manage successful testing of developed solution including user acceptance testing and work with the users to validate the solution.

Required:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Technical Consultant or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), Data Conversion using Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Fast Formula, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), Oracle Cloud Payroll, Oracle Core Payroll, Oracle Benefits. $175696 to $230200 per year. • Required technical and professional expertise
