Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
SAP Basis Administration

• Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and high availability configurations
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for database, OS, and network-related support
  SAP Security
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations
• Conduct user access reviews and manage role-based access control (RBAC)
• Resolve authorization issues and ensure compliance with internal security policies
• Liaise with business and functional teams to define and implement security requirements
  SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
• Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control, Risk Analysis, and User Provisioning
• Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
• Manage access request workflows and role assignment processes
• Monitor security logs and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards
• Recommend security best practices and risk mitigation strategies
  Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration and SAP Security
• Hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)
• Strong knowledge of

SAP S/4HANA, SAP

NetWeaver, and cloud-based SAP platforms

• Experience in security audits and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
• Proficiency in SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SAP integration
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  Preferred Qualifications
• SAP certifications in Basis, Security, or GRC
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and transport management
• Exposure to SAP NS2 Cloud environments
• Knowledge of cloud security (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
