Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP QM Consultant to join our ERP team to drive and support quality management processes within SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP QM modules across various business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled SAP QM Consultant to join our ERP team to drive and support quality management processes within SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP QM modules across various business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SAP QM module according to business requirements.
Lead SAP QM implementation and support projects across different phases blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, PM) and external quality systems.
Define and maintain quality inspection plans, quality notifications, sampling procedures, and certificates.
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Create functional specifications for custom developments or enhancements.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide user training and develop user manuals and documentation.
Support ongoing production issues and system enhancements.
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP QM module configuration and support.
Proficiency in managing quality inspections, notifications, control plans, and audits.
Integration experience with
SAP MM, PP, SD, PM
modules.
Good understanding of SAP master data related to quality (materials, inspection characteristics, etc.).
Experience with batch management, LIMS, and digital quality records is a plus.
Familiarity with IDocs, BAPIs, and user exits related to SAP QM processes.
Ability to work with ABAP developers for custom objects and reports.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong documentation and training skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
SAP QM certification is preferred.
Experience in S/4HANA environments is a strong plus.
