$65/hr – $70/hr
Job Summary:
the Techno-Functional Retail Consultant will help translate the technical requirements/reverse engineer business requirements from the current oracle forms and oracle ADF screens. He/she will work closely with the business users, product owners and the technology team on the WMS modernization program. The role requires deep retail domain knowledge, combined with hands-on expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle ADF and Oracle PL/SQL.
Roles and responsibilities:
Understand and reverse engineer the technical code of the Oracle RDM
Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure end-to-end solution alignment
Support rewrite of the WMS rewrite in new tech stack Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data validation, and training
Participate in solution demos and drive stakeholder alignment
Analyze data and system issues; perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
Provide post-go-live functional support and continuous improvement
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of retail warehouse management processes Experience with Warehouse management systems such as ORWMS, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder.
Ability to translate technical code into functional specifications and process maps.
Familiarity with Angular, mulesoft, & Java is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
