Oracle Cloud S2P Lead (16983)
Baer is looking for Oracle Cloud S2P Lead or a long term project located in Oak Ridge, TN
Title:
Oracle Cloud S2P Lead
Location:
Hybrid – 40-50% travel to Oak Ridge, TN
Duration:
4 tracks, 30-month timeframe based on scope- 2 weeks to onboard. Initial 3-4 months discovery phase
Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Description:
Lead functional workstreams across Oracle Cloud Procurement and Sourcing modules
Oversee delivery of SaaS configurations and ensure alignment with project goals
Drive deployment planning and manage stakeholder communications
Define and manage workshop schedules; lead workshops for requirement gathering and knowledge transfer
Develop and document key design decisions, process flows, and data definitions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and successful delivery
Guide business stakeholders in defining and adopting new processes
Requirements:
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Sourcing
Proven ability to lead functional delivery of Oracle Cloud modules
Deep understanding of procurement processes and SaaS implementation
Experience conducting and managing functional workshops
Ability to drive functional requirements and translate them into solution design
Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills
