Business Intelligence Analyst 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Brentwood, TN Overview Lewis is a dynamic and innovative marketing company seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage your analytical expertise to extract valuable insights from data, create informative reports and visualizations, and contribute to strategic growth. Strong business and financial acumen will be leveraged to inform and expand on agency marketing/advertising initiatives. Senior Data & Analytics Lead Qualifications 5+ years minimum experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on advertising or marketing Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred Proven ability to lead and collaborate within team settings Expertise in developing and executing data strategies aligned with business objectives Comprehensive knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) and analytical software (e.g., SQL, Python, R) Strength in identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for both business objectives and campaign measurement Strong background in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to clients and internal teams Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive data strategy plans that align with the clients’ overall business goals Partner with channel and strategy teams to ensure data insights are aligned with business objectives, media effectiveness, and drive measurable growth Present data-driven narratives and insights to agency leadership and clients with skill, ensuring clear conveyance of their business impact Maintain and update marketing analytics frameworks to integrate sales data, customer behavior insights, and channel engagement metrics, ensuring alignment with current business strategies Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities where data and analytics can deliver the most value Collaborate with Client Engagement teams to develop and communicate KPIs that support proactive decision-making Success Factors Technical Skills Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical software Strong understanding of marketing and advertising analytics Ability to design scalable reporting frameworks and processes Leadership Skills Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning data insights with business goals Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams Soft Skills Excellent storytelling and presentation skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, curious mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different client needs and industries The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in driving the success of our Business Intelligence team and enhancing the value we deliver to our clients.
