Work you’ll do/Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau / Power BI for clinical, operational, and financial reporting. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Epic Clarity and Caboodle into Tableau / Power BI. Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve relevant Epic data efficiently. Collaborate with Epic analysts, clinicians, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security (e.g., HIPAA compliance). Automate report refreshes and scheduling through Tableau Server or Power BI Service. Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize dashboard load times.
