Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Development Lead! This role offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility projects utilizing the latest Salesforce technology.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in daily development stand-ups and full team meetings
Attend enterprise meetings, with less than 4 hours of meetings per week
Engage in Agile ceremonies
Translate requirements from Business System Analysts and owners into code
Mentor team members and collaborate with offshore teams

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Salesforce and Sales Console
Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
