•prefers hybrid, but open to remote (EST only) Overview The CRMEngineer, will develop, implement, and maintain a wide variety ofCRM deployments across multiple environments. The CRM Engineer willcollaborate with architecture, UX and other development teams, aswell as the business community. Core Responsibilities Provideproduction support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications Update/SupportMicrosoft Powerautomate Cloud Flows Update/Support Microsoft AzureFunction Apps Update/Support Microsoft Azure Logic Apps SupportDevelopment of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new functionalitiesDevelop, test, and implement D365 PowerAutomate and related CloudFlows Develop, test, and implement custom features and processes inMicrosoft Dynamics Participate in business case creation andestimation of work Recommend and implement best practices for KofCConsult with business to modernize business processes by leveragingPowerautomate, Azure Functions and Logic Apps Assist incommunicating new features released to users Create and maintainapplication solution documentation Assist in writing user guidesfor newly developed apps Monitor and troubleshoot performance orother issues when needed On-call and/or after-hours work requiredSkills Qualifications Must be able to manage multiple projectssimultaneously with the ability to work well under pressure Must beself-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as interactwell with others and communicate professionally with people at alllevels. Must demonstrate up-to-date expertise in
D365 CRM
(Powerplatform, power automate, Apps), C#, .NET development, PortalDevelopment, Power BI, Azure and the ability to apply thatexpertise to development activities At least 3 years of hands-ondevelopment experience with CRM solutions, D365 / CRM and/or PowerPlatform experience preferred Experience with Integration withinthe M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data ServiceGood exposure to Common data services like Dataverse andintegration to CRM solutions like Dynamics 365.
