SalesForce Developer-Temporary 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 10500 Marks Way, Miramar, FL 33025 The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the configuration and maximizing the functionality of the Salesforce platform. They provide reports as requested by management.
Responsibilities:
Create and/or update the user hierarchy, groups and roles within Salesforce Create and maintain Bank products and programs within Salesforce, including product features and pricing Ensure appropriate workflows are set up based on individual product design Ensure Amerant utilizes the system capabilities in order to facilitate efficiencies as related to the CRM. Provide recommendations to improve efficiencies, control risk or improve profitability Troubleshoot system issues by opening tickets and monitoring for resolution Maintain system user records updated Report any system issues and propose a resolution. Keep relevant parties informed and follows up and follows through until resolved Serve as subject matter expert to drive operational best practices when using the platform Maintain records of all changes made to the system including implementation date and approvals Monitors the system’s functionality and availability Work with Audit, Compliance Department, Risk Management, Security, etc. to resolve issues that create exposure for the Bank Maintain notices and disclosures in various systems as required by Compliance Create ad hoc reports as requested by management Maintain document libraries. Build custom documents as requested Be the subject matter expert for OmniStudio implementation.
Minimum Work Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer Experience in financial services and loan origination regulations a plus Minimum Education and/or
Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology Required Technical and/or
Other Essential Knowledge:
Applied knowledge in application programming General knowledge of banking and CRM Proven ability to develop and generate reports within Salesforce OmniStudio expertise Proficient using the Microsoft Office Product Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 10% travel may be required
