BI Architect Position Available In Duval, Florida

Description We’re seeking an experienced BI Architect who specializes in Power BI, DAX, and modern data architecture to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions. This role will be instrumental in defining data models, shaping BI strategies, and delivering impactful dashboards and analytics tools that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities + Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI architecture using Power BI and modern data practices + Lead the creation of semantic models, dataflows, and DAX measures for high-performing analytics + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions + Establish best practices, standards, and governance for Power BI development and deployment + Work with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and well-modeled data pipelines + Optimize existing dashboards and data models for performance, scalability, and usability + Provide mentorship to BI developers and analysts on Power BI architecture and DAX best practices + Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to overall enterprise data strategy Requirements Required Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics + Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and BI solution architecture + Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake, normalization, etc.) + Proven experience designing scalable, reusable Power BI datasets and workspaces + Proficient with SQL and working knowledge of data warehouses/lakes (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.) + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Power BI deployment practices Preferred Qualifications + Experience in cloud environments (preferably Azure) + Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) + Understanding of data security and role-based access control in Power BI + Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders Why Join Us + Work with modern BI tools and cloud technologies + Be a thought leader in shaping enterprise-wide BI strategy + Competitive compensation and benefits + Flexible work options and collaborative culture Apply now to architect the future of data intelligence.
