Salesforce Technical Developer / Architect Sansar Tec LLC Jacksonville, FL 32202 We are seeking an expert Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, and guiding the technical direction of our Salesforce platform Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations359. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Applications. Develop and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks913. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with enterprise and third-party applications, leveraging APIs, middleware (Jitterbit/Mulesoft), and data loaders. Architect and develop Lightning Web Components, custom objects, workflows, and automation solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with organizational standards. Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Maintain technical documentation, architectural blueprints, and solution roadmaps. Participate in system audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Experience 4+ years of Salesforce platform Architect-level experience. 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Force.com platform experience. Multi-year experience with Salesforce Community Application Development. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Platform Developer II credentials, with proven experience in large enterprise environments Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Lightning Web Component Development, SFDX CLI, deployments, code/data migrations, and mobile app development. Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, APIs, governor limits, workflows, and configuration. Strong experience with SOAP and RESTful web services, Data Loader, Bulk API, and streaming APIs. Proven ability to architect and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including data and third-party integrations. Advanced proficiency with APEX (classes, triggers, web services), VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Angular, SLDS, and ECMAScript 6+. Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with integration tools such as Jitterbit and/or Mulesoft. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field. Trailhead profile with Expeditioner status; Ranger status preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in team-oriented and problem-solving environments. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, work ethic, and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Gearset.
