About the Role TSG Support Services is looking for a skilled Reporting Analyst with 5+ years of experience in financial and statistical reporting and a strong eye for detail. You’ll create reports and dashboards, perform ad hoc analysis, and support strategic decisions using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Accounting Seed, Cloud Budget, and AirTable.

Create and deliver clear, visually engaging analysis presentations; experience with Canva is a plus.

Develop and automate recurring reports for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Support month-end and year-end close processes with relevant reporting and analysis.

Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards. Position Requirements The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working independently. They demonstrate flexibility, a strong desire to contribute to a growing team, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external partners. Proficiency in developing ad hoc, recurring, and dashboard-style reports is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters is required. Position Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in reporting analysis, reporting, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions), and experience with reporting tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, AirTable, Microsoft Access.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience working with large datasets and financial systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.

Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Familiarity with client-facing reporting and customization.

Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, delivering accurate work.

Work Week:

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, during regular business hours. The hours of operation for TSG Support Services are consistent with the businesses we support—generally 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM—with flexibility within these hours to accommodate what works best for you. This is a full-time, in-person role. Required work through the year-end close annually. You will work in the office, and TSG Support Services will provide parking for you in a nearby parking garage.
