Data Conversion Lead Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Conversion Lead in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Boca Raton, Florida. The chosen candidate will be integral in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, leading data migration tasks, and ensuring the migrated data meets the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy, which includes data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate unit testing, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live validation.
• Formulate a detailed conversion plan that incorporates all conversion tasks and their related pre-requisites and dependencies.
• Spearhead the execution of data migration tasks, working in close collaboration with the functional, conversion, and development teams.
• Ensure error handling, logging mechanisms, and troubleshooting capabilities are in place for conversion failures.
• Drive performance optimization of data conversion processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Validate the migrated data to ensure it’s correct, complete, and consistent with the source data. Create validation/reconciliation reports.
• Utilize Oracle conversion/import methods including FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, Oracle Visual Builder Addin for Excel.
• Gain hands-on experience in the conversion objects; Customers, Billing/AR, PPM, HCM (OTL, Payroll, Absences), Suppliers.
• Develop functional knowledge of the modules which data is being converted into; including but not limited to

AR, PPM, HCM

(OTL, Payroll, Absences), Financials.

• Cultivate technical knowledge and hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance. Requirements
• Proven experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Oracle HCM.
• Comprehensive understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Strong background in Finance related to healthcare.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a data conversion team.
• Demonstrable experience in data conversion projects.
• Proficient in data mapping and data conversion methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data conversion issues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM and HDL are desirable.
