Fincons Group is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, expertise in cloud technologies, and relevant Salesforce certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions using Salesforce. Customize Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and Lightning components. Optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Stay updated on Salesforce updates and recommend new features and improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer. Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using
