Functional Lead
Looking for a Functional Lead Consultant to manage the migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, with a focus on implementing custom AI/Copilot functionalities within the telecom domain. This role emphasizes process re-engineering to optimize business operations rather than a simple as-is migration
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the functional aspects of the Salesforce to
D365 CRM
Sales migration.
Design and implement custom AI/Copilot functionalities.
Re-engineer business processes to leverage the full capabilities of
D365 CRM.
Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify and implement alternate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to replace Salesforce custom-built functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide functional expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Conduct training and support for end-users.
Candidates with extensive experience on
D365 CRM
CE and Salesforce are preferred.
