Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM , particularly in Payroll and Core HR modules .(80% developing +20% functional ) This is a hybrid position in Alpharetta, GA/ Oakland, CA/ Rancho Cordova, CA , with a heavy development focus, requiring strong hands-on experience with data loaders, fast formulas, and integrations . ✅
Key Requirements:
Strong experience with Oracle Core Cloud HCM ( must-have ) Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll module Hands-on experience with: HCM Data Loader (HSDL) Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) Fast Formulas Reports & Integrations (BI, OTBI, HDL-based) Functional knowledge across Payroll and HCM Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams.
