Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations. This is a senior-level position that requires hands-on expertise in solution and technical design, stakeholder management, and working across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms and a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities
Lead or contribute significantly to multiple Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Prepare key documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, gap analyses, and solution design documents.
Design and develop prototype configurations on Salesforce platforms during the design phase.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including configuration, development, and testing during project lifecycle.
Coordinate with offshore teams; participate in early morning or late evening calls as needed.
Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Support application development including design, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
Participate in customer demos, JAD sessions, and solution reviews.
Assist in project delivery by optimizing cost, quality, and performance.
Ensure compliance with established engineering and coding standards.
Lead configuration management, unit testing, and integration testing processes.
Contribute to design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions.
Support defect analysis and resolution; drive quality improvements through proactive measures.
Provide inputs for project estimation and resource planning.
Share knowledge across teams and contribute to documentation libraries.
Engage with clients for requirement clarification, solution presentation, and feedback incorporation.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth and engagement. Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience in at least 4-5 full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud in at least 1-2 projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, configuration, and administrative essentials.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM roadmap planning and Force.com platform.
Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in solution and technical design for Salesforce platforms.
Strong documentation skills including BRDs, use cases, and technical design documents.
Experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Healthcare payer industry is a strong advantage.
Exposure to Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and web services is desirable.
Experience in code-level re-engineering and optimization is beneficial.
Knowledge of customer domain and ability to provide strategic business value is highly preferred.
