Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce core development, Omni-Channel, MuleSoft, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions and working in hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Work extensively on Salesforce Omni-Channel including setup, routing, queues, and user administration.
Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft and other platforms.
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for data integrations and analytics.
Create and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications including Angular/React frontends and OpenCTI.
Participate in the implementation of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Cloud features.
Required Skills & Experience:
4 5 years of core Salesforce development experience.
4 5 years working with Omni-Channel and Lightning components.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Process Flows.
Solid experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong background in Salesforce administration and configuration.
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with web applications (Angular/React) and OpenCTI is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
