Experience Required:
Java-based CMS Experience:
Must have 10+ years of experience with Java-based CMS, ideally Oracle WebCenter Sites or any other Java-based CMS.
Web Application Development:
Must have 10+ years of experience in web application development.
Backend Development:
Good to have experience in backend development using Java or Spring Boot.
Experience in working as part of fast paced agile development team
Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery of requirements pertaining to update, enhancement of Customer’s Marketing Website or web application.
Break complex requirements into simple tasks and assign them to team members.
Guide and mentor offshore team members and work closely in implementing solutions.
Collaborate with UI, CMS, and API teams for integrations and new requirements.
Soft Skills:
Ability to manage and coordinate with offshore teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
