About the roleThe Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role involves leveraging expertise in PowerBI and Qlik Sense Cloud to create insightful dashboards, reports, and data models. The Business Intelligence Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. What you’ll be doing

BI Solution Development:

Design and develop BI solutions using PowerBI and Qlik Sense Cloud

Data Modeling:

Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics

Dashboard Creation:

Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards to present data insights

Report Generation:

Generate and automate reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Data Integration:

Integrate data from various sources to provide comprehensive reporting

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions

Collaboration:

Work closely with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to users on BI tools and best practices

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions What you have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, with specific experience in PowerBI and Qlik Sense Cloud
Proficiency in PowerBI and Qlik Sense Cloud
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities Bonus Relevant certifications in PowerBI, Qlik Sense, or other BI tools

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms What you can expect
