Our client is currently seeking a PowerBI Developer About the Role Client is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join its team on a full-time, remote contract basis. This role focuses on building complex data models, developing interactive dashboards, and delivering high-impact data visualizations to support agency-wide data initiatives. Responsibilities Design and develop complex dimensional data models. Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI. Develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts using Python, M, and DAX. Conduct deep data analysis to uncover insights and trends. Collaborate cross-functionally to engineer scalable data solutions. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data analytics. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and visual reporting. 4+ years of experience writing and deploying Power BI scripts (Python, M, DAX). Preferred Qualifications Experience with source control tools (Git, BitBucket). Familiarity with SAS datasets (.sas7bdat). Experience using Jira for project tracking. Prior experience with other BI tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau). Previous work with state agencies or government entities.
