Required Skills:

A Candidate must have 7 years of experience Extensive experience in the design and development of large-scale, web-based distributed systems
Minimum of 7 years required Proficient in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Utilities and ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Minimum of 7 years required Advanced expertise in SQL scripting and relational database modeling
Minimum of 7 years required Strong background in structured systems development methodologies
Minimum of 7 years required Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with end users and technical staff
Minimum of 7 years required Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming
Minimum of 7 years required
Highly Desired Qualifications Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAP BusinessObjects or BIRT
7 years preferred Hands-on experience with data warehouse architecture and development
Minimum of 5 years preferred Prior experience working with state government agencies
Strongly preferred
