Position Overview:
This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized Child Welfare solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, etc.) to meet business requirements. Develop using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Build and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Collaborate with internal teams using Agile tools such as Jira (Scrum and Kanban boards). Conduct JAD sessions and create detailed technical documentation. Perform unit testing and assist with QA testing. Support production systems, address bugs, and maintain high performance and data security. Lead peer reviews, mentor team members, and uphold quality standards. Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and coding guidelines.
Core Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components. Experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization. Familiarity with data integration methods and tools. Ability to perform impact analysis and design scalable system architectures. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with security and privacy standards relevant to government systems.
Preferred Qualities:
