Job Description:

Cyber Crime Specialist (Solutions Team) The Cyber Crime Solutions (CCS) team is part of Cyber Crime Defense(CCD). The Cyber Crime Specialist will be responsible for buildingand maintaining solutions to support cyber crime response anddetection efforts and processes. The CCS team is responsible fordata sourcing, automation, reporting, and forecasting, utilizing avariety of systems/platforms including, but not limited to, Excel,SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Hadoop. The candidate will perform acombination of functions including 1) data sourcing, automation,and ETL workflow builds, 2) performing analysis and creatingreports utilizing latest technologies, and 3) uncover insights fromdata that can be used in detection and disruption of cyber crime.

These solutions must overcome issues of complex data (e.g., VLDB,multi-structured, big data, etc.) as well as deployment of advancedtechniques (e.g., machine learning, text mining, statisticalanalysis, etc.) to deliver insights. Successful candidate will lead or work independently on complexprojects and influence strategic direction. Additional areas offocus include forecasting support, creating performance metrics anddevelopment of data quality controls. Other objectives includesupporting the rollout of new projects, defining projectrequirements, monitoring development progress, and the assessmentand development of tools to automate and streamline existingprocesses.

Responsibilities:

Design processes to support data extraction and transformationusing tools such as Alteryx Develop new reporting and executive dashboards using tools such asTableau Enhance existing reports and processes to improve delivery time andaccuracy Create SQL logic to source data from various systems includingOracle, Teradata, SQL Server, and Hadoop Gather and document business requirements for new projects Identify OpEx and streamlining opportunities and escalate foraddition to team backlog Partner with other CCD teams to identify optimizationopportunities Work with leadership to maintain appropriate prioritization ofconcurrent ongoing projects in a changing environment Identify data quality gaps and develop controls to mitigate Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams whosupply required data for our processes Complete required development testing to ensure data quality andaccuracy

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of coding experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, andTeradata systems 3+ years of Alteryx 3+ years of Tableau Strong written and oral communication skills with broad businessacumen Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex andrapidly-changing environment Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectivelycommunicate with technical and non-technical audiences and quicklyescalate any risks or challenges Positive Attitude and willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications:

Proficient in Python Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with demonstratedability in using data and metrics to identify root causes Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative discipline such asmathematics, statistics, economics, business, engineering, finance,or operations research

Hourly Pay Rate Range•: Between $60.00/hr – $65.00/hr •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc.
