Job Description:

Role Purpose
The IT SAP Developer will play a pivotal role in delivering SAP MDG and S/4HANA solutions. This role requires deep hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), ABAP development, and

SAP S/4HANA

system integration. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full lifecycle of SAP development—ranging from discovery, solution design, configuration, to development and go-live support. Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical solutions in SAP MDG, including MDG-C/S/M and Consolidation modules.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Lead and execute SAP MDG workflows, BRF+ rules, data modeling, and governance models.
Develop and configure SAP objects using ABAP, Fiori, SOA Services, BADIs, OO ABAP, and Workflow Management.
Provide end-to-end support in system integration, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support master data across SAP MM, SD, and FI modules.
Perform cutover activities, integration testing, and replication model configuration.
Utilize tools like ServiceNow for incident and service request management.
Provide on-call support during critical business processes or system issues.
Maintain strong documentation (BPD, FSD, TSD) for all RICEFW objects. Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
Associate’s Degree with 7-10+ years of SAP experience may be considered.
5-7+ years of SAP experience, with 2-5+ years specific to SAP MDG and S/4HANA implementations.
Experience in configuration of SAP MDG Master Data, workflows, validations, and SOA services.

In-depth experience with:

SAP MDG development (MDG-S/M/C, consolidation)
SAP ABAP, BRF+, BADI, and Workflow
SAP Fiori UI5 and WebDynpro for custom screen development

SAP WRICEF

objects and custom development lifecycle

SAP MM, SD, FI

integration from a master data perspective
Experience with address validation via HANA Smart Data Quality and MDG Consolidation.
Desired Skills
SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) experience
Experience with SAP Solution Manager, specifically CHARM and Focused Build for release/change management
Familiarity with SAP Solution Documentation and Release Management processes
Experience in data migration, governance strategy, and data quality initiatives
Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support project delivery under tight timelines
