Modis has an immediate job opening for a Reporting andAnalytics Consultant with one of our premier clients in Charlotte,NC. This job opportunity is supporting Data and Analytics withinthe organization. We are seeking a “hands on” Reporting andAnalytics Consultant with a strong background in consulting andanalytics.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for consulting with Operations and / orclients in order to help define reporting solutions. Advises customers on reporting tools capabilities andbest practices in response to client value-drivers and/or currentbusiness challenges. Coaching junior consultants, identifying businessrequirements, management, functional design, prototyping process,design (including scenario design flow mapping) testing, training,defining support procedures and supportingimplementations. Must have strong SQL/Analytics skills. Would prefersomeone with a variety of reporting tools such as Qlikview,Tableau, Business objects, etc. Conduct regularly-scheduled reviews to ensure Operationsand clients are receiving the right data at the right time tosupport their business and client value propositions. Facilitate meetings and presents reporting and datasolutions to Operational counterparts and external clients bothprospective new and existing. Serves as a lead resource for interpreting data andinformation; communicates results to Operations and/or clients andmakes recommendations. Provide consultative support to business partners onappropriate use of data the application of reporting and qualityassurance standards. Operates as the primary contact between the business andthe reporting team responsible for delivering reportingsolutions. Assesses reporting needs; provides recommendations forenhanced solutions and matches needs to Reporting tools andcapabilities. Works with customers to provide consultation on the bestuse and interpretation of information as well aslimitations. Works with Reporting and Information Technology teammembers to communicate requirements and ensure delivery of qualityReporting solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in reporting metrics developmentand data analysis required Strong knowledge of reimbursement and PAP operationalprograms and / or pharmaceutical sales and marketing businessdisciplines Background in report development standards andmethodologies. Experience leading teams in a consulting/advisoryatmosphere Strong knowledge of key business processes anddrivers Strong client-facing customer service orientation andcommunication skills Strong knowledge of healthcare data in general andreimbursement data Expertise with reporting tools andcapabilities Familiarity with the following or related technologies:
