Job Description:

Horizon User Support team will provide 24/7 (Offshore Onshore) inseat troubleshooting support both horizontal functional andtechnical for SDLC Platforms and SDM Pipeline. Individualcontributor role; fully competent to work under general directionon most complex support tasks and seeks guidance and direction frommore senior associates or manager as needed. Excellent written andspoken communications skills (English) for clear, concisecorrespondence to end users. Technical experience required.

Analytical and forward-thinking a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Initial problem troubleshooting and routing of issues toappropriate support level team. Team will collaborate with internalteams (EET Incident Management/Problem/Change management APS teamsand Service Delivery teams). The team will be dedicated and haveknowledge base and know how to support each tools and integrationsin the SDLC Platforms SDM Pipeline. Address all configurationissues for the development teams applications within the tools. Inthis role you will need a strong aptitude for communicating complexprocesses in an educational manner. Lead the design and implementation of interactive dashboards andvisualizations that effectively communicate data insights todiverse audiences. Oversee the development of best practices for data visualization,ensuring consistency, accessibility, and user-centric design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their dataneeds and translate them into impactful visual solutions. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuouslearning and innovation in data visualization techniques. Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance thedata visualization capabilities of the organization. Conduct regular review sessions with stakeholders to assess theeffectiveness of visualizations and iterate based on feedback.

Required Skills/Experience:

5+ years of experience in data visualization or analytics, with astrong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI,or similar platforms. Strong understanding of data storytelling principles and theability to convey complex information in a clear and engagingmanner. Experience with Oracle/SQL or other querying languages to extractand manipulate data. Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring andmanaging teams. Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics,or Design). Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for dataanalysis. Familiarity with data engineering concepts and ETL processes. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles. Experience working in a hybrid work environment. Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,Power BI, D3.js). Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)and visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn). Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GoogleCloud, Azure). Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantlychanging environment Must have excellent organization skills. Must have understanding of SDLC and SDM Pipeline. Strong technical troubleshooting skills in Bitbucket, Github,Jenkins (Cloudbees), Ansible, JIRA, Confluence, Artifactory,XLR, Experience with Application development using Java, .NET, Python,Windows, Microsoft Office 2016, SharePoint. Command Line experience Experience writing scripts (add specific scripts) Linux, Windows server, Monitoring tools Experience with DevOps CI/CD applications and automated build anddeploy configuration and processes. Jenkins and Ansible experiencepreferred. Able to communicate effectively both written and verbal. Able to support clients in a fast paced environment in criticalsituations. Able to meet all expected SLAs. Experience with supporting end users and providing assistance tousers based on established processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messagesto different audiences. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. A collaborative mindset with a focus on building strongrelationships across teams. Passion for data and a commitment to fostering a data-drivenculture within the organization. Experience with writing and maintenance of processdocumentation. Strong aptitude for forward thinking of complex processes toeliminate manual processing. Previous experience as a developer and debugging capabilities Ability to handle multiple issues during their shift. Good time management skills
