Job Summary:
Seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to manage and support Salesforce-based grants management systems. The role involves system administration, technical support, application development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather user requirements and provide Salesforce access/support
Collaborate with developers to translate needs into technical solutions
Test applications and document procedures
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, JavaScript, and Experience Cloud
Participate in technical design, code reviews, and DevOps processes
Lead technical sessions and mentor junior team members
Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
Platform Developer I (Preferred); JavaScript certification is a plus
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Experience with Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Bootstrap
Strong documentation and collaboration skills
