- Regularly review and update the list of Salesforce development projects in the backlog.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely progress on backlog items.
- OEM Team

Contract Renewal Process:
Oversee the contract renewal process for the OEM team.
- Develop and implement Lightning Web Components as required for the renewal process.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented.
- Schedule and organize meetings related to the OEM contract renewal process. Prepare agendas and relevant documents for meetings.
- Follow up on action items and decisions made during meetings.

Understanding OEM Current Process:
Conduct regular reviews of the current OEM processes within Salesforce. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Document and communicate process updates to relevant stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication with other members of the development team.
- Collaborate on Salesforce projects and share knowledge.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.

- 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce development.
- Experience working with contract requests and renewal processes.
- Understanding of the requests and implementation processes. Salesforce API integration experience.
- Proven development experience within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
