Full Job Description Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled D365 Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise in customization, integration, and system optimization will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy D365 solutions, including custom entities, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate). Integrate D365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and other middleware tools. Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. Stay updated on D365 updates, industry trends, and best practices. Document technical specifications, test plans, and user guides. Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience:

7+ Overall and 4+ years as a D365 Developer with hands-on customization/configurations (Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and

D365 SDK.

Experience with Power Platform, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus), and SQL Server. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
