Oracle Technical Consultant Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion (Cloud), or both, with a strong focus on technical development, integration, customization, and support. You will work closely with functional teams, business users, and other technical consultants to design and implement Oracle solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). Work on customizations and extensions using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), OAF, and Oracle APEX. Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle applications and third-party systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services. Support Oracle EBS/Fusion technical activities including data migration, performance tuning, and error handling. Provide production support and resolve technical issues, including bug fixes, system enhancements, and performance tuning. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Participate in system upgrades, patching activities, and new module implementations. Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) or Oracle Cloud (Fusion). Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder, and BI Publisher. Experience with OAF, ADF, and Web ADI (for EBS), or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BIP in Fusion Cloud. Strong understanding of Oracle application tables, schemas, and data flow. Good understanding of Oracle ERP modules like Financials, SCM, HCM, or Projects. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
