Job Description
Develop, implement and create cases from mobile application to salesforce inside service cloud. Use force.com, visual force, apex, java, JavaScript Salesforce Inspector, Data Modelling, Tableau Integration App, Informatica, and other web technologies. Customize standard objects, creating custom objects, triggers, rules, etc. Develop console and write
SOQL/SOSL
Queries Release/change management, using multiple sandboxes and change sets. Integrate Salesforce and CTI/Telephonic in a call center application. Manage Salesforce essential functions such as User/role/profiles/sharing rules including SSO, two factors, certificate, API Gateway management. Use data loader tools for importing/export data in salesforce. Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related along with 2 years of IT experience using Salesforce Inspector, Data Modelling, Tableau Integration App, and Informatica is required.
Work location:
Piscataway, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for short or long term assignments.
