SAP Business One Technical Developer Location:

Pharmaceutical company in Edison, NJ Permanent position Seeking SAPBusiness One for Hana, Technical Developer with a minimum of 5years of experience. To assist in customizing, integrating, andenhancing our SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP system to meet acompany’s specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

Create custom modules and addautomations to existing modules (and develop add-ons) using SAPBusiness One SDK (Software Development Kit), primarily with C# orVB.NET and with utilizing the UI API and DI API to integrate the UIto the database and with using Boyum B1 Usability Package AddCustomizations to SAP B1 functionalities using tools like SAP B1Visual Studio , Boyum B1 Usability Package Universal functions(Macros, Line Loops, SQL Reports and Messages) , FMS, Alerts,Post/Pre transaction notifications, adding UDF, UDTs and CustomObject creation

Queries and Reporting:

Write and optimize SQLqueries and stored procedures for reporting or data manipulationusing B1 Visual Studio Design SAP B1 reports and forms and KPIwidgets using Crystal Reports, SAP B1 Query Generator, Boyum UP,Pervasive Analytics and other built-in tools ( Power BI knowledgewould be a big plus). Automatic document generation configurationsbased on business logic

Integration:

Integrate SAP B1 with otherapplications (e.g., e-commerce platforms, CRM systems) usingService Layer/APIs for REST-based communication or DI API , ServiceLayer , or B1if (Integration Framework) .

Technical Support andMaintenance:

Troubleshoot issues, debug customizations, and supportusers. Maintain and upgrade custom-developed add-ons andintegrations.

Documentation:

Produce technical documentation forcustom developments, interfaces, and integrations. Soft Skills &Functional Knowledge Understand business workflows (inventory,accounting, sales, purchasing, etc.). Communicate with team membersto translate requirements into technical spec
