Job Description
PowerBI Developer (Active T4 Security Clearance or Eligible to secure T4 Security Clearance) Business Compass LLC New Jersey • Remote We seek a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team on afull-time basis. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast business hours . This individual must be a self-starter , quick problem solver, and able to deliver results independently with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations. Administer and optimize Power BI, including user access, security, and performance tuning. Gather and translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Tableau environments and reports. Work with structured and semi-structured datasets to derive insights. Support data preparation using SQL and other tools.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in PowerBI Development and Administration. Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade dashboards and BI solutions. Strong SQL and data modeling skills with a solid understanding of relational databases. Preferred experience with Azure Cloud , including: Azure Synapse Analytics Microsoft Dataverse Data Factory Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). . Nice to
Have:
Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
