We are currently seeking a Salesforce Development Lead tojoin the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train(ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS). As aSalesforce Development Lead, you will play a key role in managingthe development teams and driving multiple strategic initiativesthat support the achievement of business objectives and priorities.

You will deliver technology solutions and lead the design,development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that alignwith business objectives. You will work closely with the domainarchitects and business stakeholders to customize and optimize ourSalesforce platform while also contributing to broader applicationdevelopment initiatives. What you’ll do: Manage the Salesforceteams of developer engineers, and provide leadership, vision anddirection for the Service Experience VS. Influence prioritizationto better align with the development and implementation ofenhancements and/or change requests. Coach and lead the team tostrive for consistent and on-time delivery of high-quality softwaresolutions using both front-end and back-end technologies to meetbusiness needs. Act as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce designand development best practices and standards. Lead design anddevelopment using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, andother Salesforce technologies. Architect and implement Salesforceend-to-end solutions that align with business objectives,priorities, and technical best practices. Ensure Salesforce isimplemented in line with enterprise reference architecture and meetsecurity/performance/availability/disaster recovery standards. Owndevelopment outcomes in coordination with delivery leads andarchitects. Ensure technology outcomes are “fit for purpose” forbusiness needs. Manage and maintain 3rd party and vendorpartnerships for driving solution development and delivery. Ensureoptimal performance and user experience within the Salesforceenvironment. Optimize the software development lifecycle byidentifying and addressing inefficiencies and productivitybarriers. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applicationsthrough continuous improvements, automation, and risk mitigationstrategies. Evaluate and refine application architectures andinfrastructure to improve scalability, security, and performance.

Champion best practices and modern software development methods andtools. Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, bestpractices, and emerging technologies to enhance systemcapabilities. Foster a collaborative team environment, workingclosely with colleagues to drive innovation and achieve businessgoals. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field of study is required Salesforcecertifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Service CloudConsultant, Platform Developer I and II). 10 – 12 years of hands-onexperience in Salesforce development and administration. Expertisein Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (experience withLightning Web Components is a plus). Strong understanding of theSalesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. Proficiency inSalesforce integration using

REST/SOAP

APIs and other integrationtools. Proficiency with Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex andother programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform Experienceworking in complex Salesforce environments, preferably withSalesforce Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce integrationsand AppExchange products. Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScriptframeworks, and SLDS framework Experience with Salesforcedeclarative development using Flow. Einstein experience a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strongproblem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiaritywith Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Ability to thrivein a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay Transparency SalaryRange:

$122,500-$210,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionarybonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual base salarywill be determined based on several factors but not limited toindividual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionarybonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligibleto participate in an incentive program.
