In this role, you’ll partner with departments across the organization to deliver reports, dashboards, and data insights that drive decision-making. Using tools like SQL (SSRS/T-SQL), Crystal Reports, and Tableau , you’ll help translate business needs into data-driven solutions. This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days required on-site each week. What You’ll Do Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Tableau Work with stakeholders to understand business, clinical, or financial reporting needs Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights Present summaries of findings and suggest improvements where needed Test and validate data for accuracy and integrity Help develop reporting solutions that meet internal and external compliance needs Collaborate with senior team members on complex or high-impact requests Use internal data repositories and tools to extract and analyze key operational metrics Take on additional duties as assigned What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience — or an equivalent combination of education and experience Working knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Tableau, and Crystal Reports Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Experience in reporting or analytics project work is a plus
