  Key Responsibilities
  A candidate will be responsible for delivery of work including:
   Configure and customize DealCloud CRM to meet business requirements.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 Design, implement, and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations within DealCloud.
 Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality.
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DealCloud related issues.
 Stay updated with the latest DealCloud features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
 Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.
 Work collaboratively in a global setting, should be eager to learn new technologies
Candidate Profile
 Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT
 This position required hands-on experience in DealCloud and not just Reporting  Proven experience as a DealCloud Platform Manager.
 Strong understanding of DealCloud platform architecture and modules.
 Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
 Experience with

REST/SOAP

APIs and integrations.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 DealCloud certification(s) preferred.
Specific Skills


Customizing DealCloud CRM:

Ability to configure entities, fields, workflows, and dashboards


Pipeline Management:

Experience in managing and optimizing deal pipelines 

Risk Assessment:

Proficiency in implementing risk assessment features within DealCloud 

Email Marketing:

Skills in integrating and managing email marketing campaigns 

Analytics and Reporting:

Expertise in generating reports and leveraging analytics for decision-making 

AI Integration:

Familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and automate workflows
