Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Development:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Oversee the design and development of custom Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
Implement Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
Drive technical discussions and make key architectural decisions to optimize performance and user experience.

Salesforce Platform Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce implementations, streamline processes, and optimize system performance.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to enhance the platform’s capabilities.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project updates, risks, and milestones.
Provide regular reports on project status, team performance, and key outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce solutions.

Integration and Automation:

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging tools like MuleSoft, APIs, or other integration platforms.
Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and guide team members in Salesforce best practices, architecture, and technical problem-solving.

Experience:

8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including development and administration.
Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and managing teams.
Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
Experience with Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce tools like Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gearset).
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
