Join our client’s team as a Salesforce Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Salesforce applications. Your expertise will drive the customization and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other cutting-edge Salesforce technologies. This is a remote role based in New York, NY. No C2C candidates will be considered. Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship. There is no application deadline for this role.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration and enhancement. Collaborate with product managers, platform administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions. Design and implement data models, custom objects, workflows, and automation using both programmatic and declarative tools. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality performance of Salesforce applications. Perform functional testing on the work of team members to maintain quality standards. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST and middleware tools. Manage complex Salesforce permissions and security models to align with business objectives. Engage in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote a collaborative and innovative environment. Document technical designs, specifications, and development processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Salesforce Developer Qualifications:

Strong background in Salesforce development. Proficiency with Apex and Lightning Web Components. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and middleware tools. Ability to manage complex security models within Salesforce. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
