Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Manager to oversee anddrive the successful implementation and management of Salesforcesolutions within our organization. This role focuses on aligningtechnical delivery with business objectives, ensuring high-qualitysolutions, and fostering collaboration across teams.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery ofSalesforce projects, including planning, execution, and deployment.

Manage the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices, codequality, and efficient delivery. Collaborate closely with businessstakeholders and business systems analysts to gather requirements,translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment withorganizational goals. Serve as the primary technical point ofcontact for Salesforce initiatives, providing expertise andguidance. Oversee and mentor a team of developers and admins,fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, andinnovation. Ensure the team successfully provides day-to-daysupport, delivers regular enhancements, and drives largerinitiatives and projects to completion. Implement and maintainscalable, out-of-the-box solutions, minimizing technical debt andleveraging existing Salesforce features. Ensure robust integrationwith other systems, such as Hubspot and NetSuite, optimizing dataflow and process efficiency. Drive the adoption of best practicesin DevOps, including deployment strategies, conflict resolution,and quality assurance. Monitor and maintain the health of theSalesforce org, addressing issues, resolving technical debt,ensuring system security, and driving continuous improvement basedon system health metrics. Partner with System Integrators onlarge-scale initiatives to ensure successful implementation andalignment with internal standards. Identify and mitigate technicaland delivery risks proactively. Proactively recommend innovationsand platform enhancements to optimize system performance andbusiness value. Ensure that Salesforce initiatives and operationsdrive measurable business outcomes, improve user adoption, andalign with strategic goals. Communicate effectively withstakeholders at all levels, translating technical details intobusiness insights and vice versa.

Qualifications:

Proven experienceas a Technical Manager or similar role, with a strong focus onSalesforce. Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ andCertinia. Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, developmentpractices, and integration strategies. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills, with a track record of mentoring and developingtechnical talent. Excellent problem-solving abilities and aproactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills,capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technicalstakeholders. Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies, suchas Flosum, for managing Salesforce deployments. Experience withintegration platforms like Boomi and other business systems likeNetSuite is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work through technicaldebt and maintain a clean, scalable system. Ability to define andtrack KPIs for system health, support effectiveness, and projectdelivery quality, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
