Reporting to the Director of Sales Systems& Data, the Salesforce Developer will design and implement customsolutions to enhance our Salesforce platform, supporting the entireRevenue organization and key stakeholders (Sales, CS, Finance,Accounting, Marketing, etc). This is a full-time, remote positionwith an option to come into the New York office for locally basedemployees. What you’ll do: Maintain and enhance existing Salesforcefunctionality, including custom objects, flows, and validationrules. Collaborate with Admins and stakeholders to translatefunctional needs into scalable technical solutions. Develop andmaintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce,Lightning Components, and other technologies. Manage thecommunication and API running between Salesforce and other keysystems as needed. Ensure code quality by writing unit tests andmaintaining high test coverage in accordance with Salesforcestandards. Participate in deployment activities, including sandboxmanagement, change sets, and version control (e.g., Git).Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce, ensuringsystem stability and performance. Document technical solutions andprovide knowledge transfer to peers and administrators. Follow bestpractices for Salesforce development, data integrity, and securitycompliance. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates,releases, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Successful deploymentof integrations and automations that meet business needs withoutdisrupting existing workflows. Positive feedback from our keystakeholders (revenue org, IT/Security, finance, accounting) onusability and effectiveness of developed solutions. What you’llbring: 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience,including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including customobjects, workflows, flows, and permission models. Proven experiencewith Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools likeMuleSoft or similar). Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools(Gearset, Change Sets, Salesforce DX, version control systems likeGit). Ability to collaborate with Admins and stakeholders in alarge user environment (500 users) to deliver scalable solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system optimization,performance, and data integrity. Experience writing and maintainingunit tests and adhering to Salesforce code coverage standards.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles,profiles, and permission sets. Salesforce Admin Certificationrequired; Platform Developer I certification or above is a strongplus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explaintechnical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The target basesalary range for this position is $106,400 – $138,400, and is partof a competitive total rewards package including stock options andbenefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and isdetermined by a number of factors including experience, location,internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
